Day 7 - Southeast Asian Cruise

It is sea day and we are just cruising back to Singapore. Our breakfast was extra special - “Tapsilog” with corned beef hash and fresh fruits courtesy of the pinoy executive chef. Everyone was really craving for pinoy food kaya ubos na ubos pati extra rice. “We have to do some exercise” sabi ni Becky after the heavy breakfast. I was trying to lead her outside for a walk but she pulled me to Casino Royale. She meant pala- finger exercise - hehehe. After an hour and paying an entertainment fee (meaning losing) of about $24, we proceeded to the photo gallery. Unlike before when you will probably part with about $500 to get all your printed and digital photos, we just paid $20 for a single photo as we already have all the photos in our IPhone (Lugi na ang mga photographers ngayon). In most cruises, photo printouts are posted in the gallery and you can pick and pay. This time, digital copies and kiosks are available. We stopped by at the Bionic bar and ordered some drinks. It is amazing how the robotic arms can mix, shake and prepare your drinks (pati mga bartender at barista, malapit na ring palitan). We ate our lunch at the windjammer buffet. We had lechon de leche and pork belly adobo plus a lot of fruits and desserts. Busog na busog na naman. Hirap na namang lumakad si Becky so I had to arrange a wheelchair at the guest services for her. It was difficult to get one as they insisted that she must be seen by a doctor on board. Fortunately, I was able to talk to one on the phone and convinced her after a very detailed explanation of her physical condition. We are hoping we can keep it until disembarkation tomorrow in Singapore We had a special dinner tonight. The pinoy chef served us ribs sinigang kaya halos hindi na kami matunawan. We had some kind of entertainment from the serving crew. We joined them in dancing Macarena. It was really fun and sad at the same time as this was our last dinner in the cruise. We started packing and when finished, we proceeded to watch the late comedy show but iba iyong humor kaya hindi na namin tinapos. And we decided to call it a night.
